Is there a free plan?
No. You can sign up and log hours for free. To get paid (the AI cleanup, the translation, the branded invoices), you need the $99 plan or the 14-day trial. Logging hours doesn't pay you. Sending invoices does.
Can I add consultants after I subscribe?
Yes. Add as many as you need. The price doesn't change.
What if my firm has only one consultant?
BillHour is built for firms billing $250+/hr. If you're a single consultant and don't bill at that rate, a per-seat tool at $20/month will be cheaper for you. We'd rather tell you that now than charge you for a tool you'd cancel.
Can I turn off the AI?
Yes. The AI rewrite is a feature, not a requirement. Toggle it off in settings and BillHour works as a clean manual time tracker. You always review every line before sending.
